Vendors and tooling. Selection, implementation, and ongoing management of blockchain analytics and screening providers, held to measurable performance rather than to their sales decks.

Compliance by design. Working with Engineering, Product and Customer Success early enough that controls live inside the product, not around it. You will be in the room when rails are designed, offering critical insight and guidance.

Eight or more years in compliance, including meaningful time at a leading crypto or decentralized finance (DeFi) company, a digital asset exchange, or a financial institution with a serious digital assets practice.

Working command of Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) sanctions requirements as applied to on-chain activity – practical and current, not theoretical.

Direct experience with non-custodial or self-custody product architectures, and a clear point of view on how compliance obligations attach to them. This one is a requirement, not a preference.

We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to own complex, high-impact product initiatives and turn Fun’s product strategy into shipped outcomes.
\nThis is a senior individual-contributor role. You will own major initiatives end-to-end: from framing the problem and developing a point of view through requirements, execution, product QA, launch, measurement, and iteration. You’ll work closely with Product, Design, Engineering, Payments, and Data to keep the roadmap moving and ensure the final product delivers the intended user and business outcomes.
\nThe experiences we build sit on top of complicated systems. Users move money across countries, currencies, assets, payment methods, wallets, and account types, often without understanding (or wanting to understand) the infrastructure beneath them. Your job is to make those journeys feel simple, trustworthy, and obvious - even as you account for the edge cases, dependencies, and failure states that make financial products difficult to build well.
\nThe best person for this role combines product judgment with real technical depth.
